Turmeric Tea Jo style

Sharing today my new favourite way to add some turmeric into my day by having it as a tea.
1/2 teas Turmeric - for its anti-inflammatory & antioxidant property’s.
Pinch of Pepper - to help activate the Curcumin, active ingredient in Tumeric.
Organic green tea - for its antioxidant & lower caffeine hit.
Cinnamon sprinkled - beneficial for many reasons, but I mainly add for taste.
Honey - I add half teaspoon. Better for us than sugar
Almond Milk (yes I know! How on earth does anyone milk an almond ?! 😂) - cow milk alternative, also contains calcium, vitamin E & magnesium.
All added but milk into large mug, covered with boiling water. Brew for 5 minutes . Add milk, Stir, Enjoy !! ☕️
